How to Create a Space as a Tenant

Katsu empowers businesses to create a virtual cloud environment, enabling them to leverage a variety of products and services. A tenant refers to a business or an organization. Your space as a tenant on Katsu is equipped with essential tools for success.

These tools include both products and services, such as:

  • Platform Merchant Service: Enabling MIS Email & SMS Templates Registration, helping businesses reach their customers.
  • Platform Wallet Service: A secure digital wallet for managing and transferring funds.
  • Platform Trace Service: Allows businesses to connect with buyers and sellers of agricultural and mineral commodities.
  • Platform Reward Service (Coming Soon): A service designed for creating and managing reward programs for customers, partners, and employees.
  • Platform Product Information Management Service (Coming Soon): Centralizing product data, ensuring consistency and accuracy across sales channels.
  • Platform Help Center Service (Coming Soon): A centralized hub offering resources, FAQs, and live assistance to resolve issues and improve customer experience.

Follow these steps to create your business space and start enabling the tools:

Requirements​

  • You should have signed up on Katsu and verified your details.

Step 1: Account Verification Confirmation​

Upon completing your verification process, you'll be presented with a confirmation message like the one shown below:

"Well done! Your verification is now complete."

Step 2: Create Your First Space​

You can proceed to create your space by clicking on Create Space.

If prompted for business verification, you can either choose to proceed with the verification or skip it and complete it later.

Step 3: Personalizing Your Space​

Provide the following details:

  • Space Name: Give your space a unique name.
  • Description: Provide a brief description of your space (e.g., services, products).
  • Logo (Optional): Upload a logo for your space to personalize it further.

Example:

  • Space Name: Balogun Market
  • Description: Selling all types of laptops

Once filled in, click on Create Space to finalize.

Your space is now set up! You can explore Katsu's services and products.
