Registering as a New User on Katsu Platform

Katsu is a no-code platform that provides businesses with the ultimate toolbox to own a digital space and start selling. Whether you're a startup or an established business, Katsu allows you to white-label your storefront and leverage the platform’s powerful features to manage your operations.

By signing up on Katsu, you will:

The sign-up process involves two key stages:

  1. Creating Your Account
  2. Verifying Your Information

By completing these steps, you'll gain access to Katsu's suite of business tools, integrations, and customization features.

Let's Get Started:​

Step 1: Access the Signup Page​

  • Open your web browser and go to Katsu's official website.
  • Click on the "Sign Up" button on the homepage.

Step 2: Fill in Your Personal Details​

  • Select your country from the dropdown list.
  • Enter your First Name, Middle Name (optional), and Last Name.
  • Choose your Gender from the dropdown menu.
  • Provide your Work Email Address.
  • Enter your Phone Number, ensuring the correct country code is selected.
  • Input your Date of Birth in the format DD/MM/YYYY.

Step 3: Set Up a Secure Password​

Create a strong password that meets the following requirements:

  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character
  • Minimum 8 characters

Confirm your password if required.

Step 4: Submit and Verify Your Account​

  • Click the "Create Account" button.
  • If your email or phone number is already registered, you will see an error message:
    "User account already exists with the same email or phone, please login!"
    In this case, click on the Login button and proceed with your existing account.
  • If you're signing up for the first time, check your email inbox for a verification link and follow the instructions.

Post-Signup Verification on Katsu​

After completing your sign-up, follow these steps to verify your important information:

Step 1: Verify Your Email (Already Completed ✅)​

Your email verification is done, as indicated by the checked box and "Done" status.

Step 2: Verify Your Phone Number​

  • Click the "Get Started" button next to Phone Number.
  • Enter your phone number if not already provided.
  • You will receive a verification code (OTP) via SMS.
  • Enter the code to confirm your phone number.
  • Click "Get Started" next to Bank Verification Number (BVN).
  • Enter your 11-digit BVN and proceed.
  • Follow any additional security steps required.
  • Click "Get Started" next to National Identification Number (NIN).
  • Enter your NIN and proceed.
  • Complete any additional verification steps.

Step 5: Complete Your Profile & Get Started 🚀​

Once all required verifications are complete, your progress bar will reach 100%.
You can now create spaces, integrate services, and start using Katsu for white labeling products.

Troubleshooting & Support​

  • If you do not receive a verification email, check your spam/junk folder.
  • If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page.
  • For any technical issues, contact Katsu support via their help center or customer service.
